Biography: Tim Seitz I was born in Lloydminster and raised in the Medicine Hat/Seven Persons area. After being a business owner for several years I joined Sutton Group-Medicine Hat in 1997. I became a Licensed Realtor in the Province of Alberta, and have consistently been a Top Producing realtor each year. I have based my success on an enthusiasm to meet the needs of each of my clients on a one-to-one basis. My clients have entrusted me not only to sell/buy a house, but to supply them with practical advice on financing, market trends and the day to day challenges of owning your own home. Because my clients have entrusted me with this important task, I go the extra mile to make sure their every concern and enquiry is answered to the best of my ability. In return, my clients are loyal to me; which results in them referring their friends and associates. My business for the past five years has been largely based on the residential and revenue markets in and around the Medicine Hat area. Hobbies: When I am not busy making dreams come true, I enjoy hunting, playing hockey, golf, baseball and spending time with my family.
